摘  要:根据钢丝拉拔过程中的实际并适当简化,给出钢丝拉拔中的振动假设.在假设的基础上,利用数学物理方程推导出钢丝拉拔中的振动模型,对模型进行修正,给出振动模型系数的具体表达式.通过对模型的解释,得知在拉拔中钢丝振动的最大影响因素是模盒和卷筒之间的钢丝长度,提出工艺改进方向和待解决的问题.According to the actual and proper simplification of wire drawing process,the vibration assumption of wire drawing is given.Based on the assumption,the vibration model of wire drawing is derived by using mathematical physics equations.Then the model is modified and the concrete expression of the vibration model coefficient is given.Through the interpretation of the model,it is pointed out that the maximum influence factor of steel wire vibration in drawing is the length of steel wire between the mould box and the reel.The direction of process improvement and the problem to be solved are put forward.
