摘 要::人才是发展的决定性因素,而人才的意识特质却又是决定人才能力倾向的重要条件。随着低碳经济的兴起,物流行业急需低碳物流人才的加入,使低碳物流人才的界定给学术界带来了新的研究方向。通过对人才测评理论和低碳理论的综合研究,以低碳物流人才的意识特质为研究对象,针对其责任感、自律性、正义感、主动性、创新性人才特质设计了针对低碳物流人才意识特质的测评量表,通过测试和修改,在测评量表的信度和效度上取得了预期的研究效果,为低碳物流人才特质的界定,提供了科学的评价工具。Talent is the decisive factor of development, and the consciousness trait of talent is the important condition for determining the aptitude of talents. With the rise of low-carbon economy, the logistics industry is in urgent need of low-carbon logistics talents, so the definition of low-carbon logistics talents brings a new research direction to the academic community. Based on the comprehensive research of personnel appraisal theory and the theory of low carbon, the consciousness trait of low carbon logistics talents was taken as the research object. According to its sense of responsibility, self-discipline, sense of justice, initiative, creative talents, the evaluation scale for the consciousness trait of low carbon logistics talent was designed. Through testing and modification, the reliability and validity of the measurement scale have achieved the expected research results, providing a scientific evaluation tool for the definition of characteristics of low-carbon logistics talent.
