比较重度牙周炎牙周牙髓联合治疗与单纯牙周治疗的疗效差异

摘　　要：目的比较牙周牙髓联合治疗和单纯牙周治疗重度牙周炎的疗效差异。方法60例患者随机分为两组,对照组仅给予牙周治疗,在此基础上观察组开展牙髓治疗,随访6个月。结果相比较于对照组,治疗后观察组的PPD、PLT和SBI水平明显降低,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论治疗重度牙周炎,牙周牙髓联合治疗能取得较好效果。Objective To compare the curative effect of combined periodontal pulp therapy and periodontal periodontitis alone in the treatment of severe periodontitis.Methods 60 patients were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with periodontal therapy only,and the observation group was followed up for 6 months.Results Compared with the control group,the levels of PPD,PLT and SBI in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion treatment of severe periodontitis and combined treatment of periodontal pulp can achieve better results.
