丁苯酞软胶囊+阿托伐他汀钙片对脑梗塞患者神经功能及生活能力的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨丁苯酞软胶囊+阿托伐他汀钙片对脑梗塞患者神经功能及生活能力的影响。方法选取2015年2月-2017年3月我院收治的80例脑梗塞患者,数字随机抽取分成观察组与对照组,对照组采用阿托伐他汀钙片,观察组采用丁苯酞软胶囊+阿托伐他汀钙片治疗,对比两组神经功能(NIHSS评分)、ADL日常生活能力(Batherel指数)。结果观察组治疗后NIHSS评分明显低于对照组,Bartherel指数明显高于对照组,对比差异显著(P<0.05)。结论苯酞软胶囊+阿托伐他汀钙片可有效改善脑梗塞患者的神经功能、生活能力,临床应用价值高。Objective To investigate the effects of butylphthalide soft capsule +atorvastatin calcium tablets on neurological function and living ability in patients with cerebralinfarction. Methods Eighty patients with cerebral infarction admitted to our hospital from February2015to March2017 were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The control group was treated with atorvastatin calcium tablets. The observation group was treated with butylphthalide soft capsules+ Atorvastatin calcium tablets, comparing neurological function (NIHSS score) and ADL daily life ability (Batherel index). Results The NIHSS score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group.The Bartherel index was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Benzoin soft capsule + atorvastatin calcium tablets can effectively improve the neurological function and living ability of patients with cerebral infarction, and has high clinical value.
