摘　　要：目的研究白细胞单采术、口服羟基脲、白细胞单采联合口服羟基脲对高白细胞白血病诱导化疗前降白细胞的效果分析。方法将103例HAML随机分为三组,1组(物理组)用德国费森尤斯生产的Fresenius HemoCare COM.TEC血细胞分离机单采去除白细胞;2组(药物组)为口服羟基脲1.0g,每日三次降白细胞;3组(联合组)为白细胞单采去除联合口服羟基脲降白细胞,比较三种干预方法的效果。结果?对比三种干预方法的效果,(联合组)白细胞单采联合口服羟基脲降白细胞的效果更佳。Objective To investigate the effects of monotomy, oral hydroxyurea and Leukocyte monotomy combined with oral administration of hydroxyurea on Leukocyte reduction before chemotherapy induced by leukaemia.Methods 103 HAML cases were randomly divided into three groups, and 1 group(physical group) was used to remove white blood cells by Fresenius HemoCare COM. TEC blood cell separator produced by Fresenius,Germany;2 groups(drug group) are oral hydroxyurea 1.0 g,white blood cell reduction three times a day;Three groups(combined groups) were used to remove white blood cells and combined with oral hydroxyurea to reduce white blood cells, and the effects of three intervention methods were compared.Results Compared with the three intervention methods, the combined effect of single extraction of white blood cells and oral reduction of hydroxyurea was better.
