摘 要:目的探讨数字钼靶X线诊断乳腺癌的临床价值。方法于2015年6月~2018年6月选择我院35例确诊乳腺癌患者与35例确诊乳腺良性病变患者,实施数字钼靶X线检查、彩色多普勒超声检查,以临床确诊结果为参照,比较数字钼靶X线、彩色多普勒超声对乳腺癌的诊断结果,分析诊断结果间的一致性。结果以临床病理确诊结果为参照,数字钼靶X线、彩色多普勒超声对乳腺癌的诊断灵敏度、特异度、准确率比较,差异均无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。数字钼靶X线、彩色多普勒超声诊断结果与临床确诊结果间的一致性良好。数字钼靶X线对规则颗粒形、不规则颗粒形、模糊粉尘形等类型钙化病灶的检出率均高于彩色多普勒超声(P <0.05),而二者对环形、蠕虫形等钙化病灶的检出率比较差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论数字钼靶X线检查用于乳腺癌的诊断价值良好,尤其是对乳腺癌钙化病灶。Objective To study and explore the clinical value of digital molybdenum target X-ray in diagnosis of breast cancer. Methods 35 patients who were diagnosed as breast cancer and 35 patients who were diagnosed asbenign breast lesions in our hospital from June 2015 to June 2018 were selected and they were examined by digital molybdenum target X-ray and color Doppler ultrasound. Based on the clinical diagnosis results, the diagnostic results of digital molybdenum target X-ray and color Doppler ultrasound for breast cancer were compared, and the consistency between the diagnostic results was analyzed. Results Based on the clinical diagnosis results, sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of digital molybdenum target X-ray and color Doppler ultrasound in diagnosis of breast cancer were compared. The difference had no statistical significance(P > 0.05). The consistency between diagnosis results of digital molybdenum target X-ray and color Doppler ultrasound and clinical diagnosis results was good.The detection rate of digital molybdenum target X-ray on regular granulated, irregular granular and fuzzy dust-like calcification lesions was higher than that of color Doppler ultrasound(P < 0.05).However, there was no statistical significant difference in the detection rate of digital molybdenum target X-ray and color Doppler ultrasound on annular and worm-shaped calcification lesions(P > 0.05). Conclusion Digital molybdenum target X-ray has better diagnostic values for breast cancer, especially for calcification lesions of breast cancer.
