流浪精神病患者Q-Tc、Q-Tcd的对照研究

摘　　要：目的探讨流浪活动对精神病患者是否有心室复极影响,从而评价流浪精神病患者入院时心脏事件的安全性。方法对50例初诊流浪精神病患者,50例普通精神病患者在入院时及住院4周后分别进行进行心电图检查,测量得出的校正QT间期(Q-Tc)、QT离散度(Q-Td)、校正QT离散度(Q-Tcd),以正常职工体检人员50例进行对照分析。结果流浪精神病患者组和普通精神病患者入院时比较,以及和对照组比较,均有QT间期延长,QT弥散度增大,比较差异有统计学意义(P <0.05),住院4周后流浪精神病患者组和普通精神病患者组较入院QT间期(Q-Tc)、QT离散度(Q-Td)、校正QT离散度(Q-Tcd)数值增大,二者比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论流浪精神病患者流浪期间有Q-Tc延长、QT离散度增大,存在心脏复极影响,存在心脏事件的风险。Objective To explore whether vagrant activity has a ventricular repolarization effect on psychotic patients,so as to evaluate the safety of cardiac events of vagrant psychotic patients on admission. Methods 50 vagrant psychotic patients in the primary diagnosis and 50 ordinary psychotic patients were respectively underwent electrocardiographic examination on admission and 4 weeks after hospitalization.The correction of QT interval(Q-Tc),QT dispersion(Q-Td) and correction of QT dispersion(Q-Tcd) were measured and obtained,which were comparatively analyzed with those of 50 objects who underwent physical examinations. Results Compared with ordinary psychotic patients on admission and the control group,the Q-Tc was prolonged and the Q-Td was increased in vagrant psychotic patients.The comparison was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Values of QT interval(Q-Tc),QT dispersion(Q-Td) and correction of QT dispersion(Q-Tcd) of vagrant psychotic patients and ordinary psychotic patients after 4 weeks of hospitalization were increased compared with those on admission.There was no statistical significance(P > 0.05). Conclusion The vagrant psychotic patients have risks of Q-Tc prolongation and QT dispersion increase during vagrancy period.There were ventricular repolarization effects and risks of cardiac events.
