摘　　要：2010版与2015版中国药典对天麻质量研究方法不同。采用高效液相色谱法研究两版药典中不同产地天麻质量的对比。两版药典进行天麻醇浸出物的提取所用溶剂乙醇浓度不同,不同产地的天麻药材浸出物含量结果也有一定差异。采用2015版中国药典规定的含量测定,天麻素含量从0.0082%到1.075%,对羟基苯甲醇含量从0.012%到0.118%不等。2015版中国药典对天麻的质量研究专属性更强,可以供其药材质量控制。The 2010 edition and the 2015 edition of Chinese Pharmacopoeia have different methods to study the quality of Gastrodia elata.HPLC was used to study the quality comparison of Gastrodia elata from different habitats in the two editions of Pharmacopoeia.According to the Pharmacopoeia of two editions,the ethanol concentration of solvent used to extract ethanol extract of Gastrodia elata was different,and the content of the extract of Gastrodia elata from different habitats was also different.The content of gastrodin was determined from 0.0082%to 1.075%and the content of hydroxy benzyl alcohol ranged from 0.012%to 0.118%according to the content of Chinese Pharmacopoeia.The 2015 edition of Chinese Pharmacopoeia had stronger specificity for the quality study of Gastrodia elata and can be used for quality control of its medicinal materials.
