摘　　要：直肠癌是发生率较高的消化道恶性肿瘤之一,其中超低位直肠癌占全部直肠癌的3/4。为了提高保肛率,近年来临床多选择行经内外括约肌间切除术(ISR),术后虽保留肛门,但其功能会大大降低,患者生活质量也受之影响。为了提高患者的生活质量,肛门功能的恢复必不可少。近年来恢复肛门功能的方法各式各样且效果显著,本文就超低位直肠癌ISR术后患者恢复肛门功能的研究进展进行综述。Rectal cancer is one of the malignant tumors of digestive tract with high incidence,the ultra-low rectal cancer accounted for 3/4 of all rectal cancer.In recent years,the intersphincteric resection is selected to improve the rate of anal preservation.Although the anus is retained after operation,its function will be greatly reduced and the quality of life will also be affected.Therefore,in order to improve the quality of life of patients,the restoration of anal function will be essential.In recent years,the methods to restore anal function are various and effective.This article reviews the methods of restoring anal function in patients with ultra-low rectal cancer after ISR operation.
