摘　　要：战略性新兴产业是带动安徽省快速崛起的重要途径。在文献综述和安徽省与邻省江苏省对比分析的基础上,通过构建钻石模型来细致分析其成长动力机制,并以合肥市高新区集成电路产业集群为研究对象,进行案例分析。结果表明:安徽省与邻省江苏省存在一定差距,但发展潜力巨大。安徽省可以通过科技创新、大企业带动、全球价值链嵌入和产学研结合等因素促进战略性新兴产业集群化成长,并据此提出相关对策建议。Strategic emerging industries are an important way to drive the rapid rise of Anhui Province. Based on the literature review and the comparative analysis between Anhui Province and neighboring province-Jiangsu Province, the paper analyzes the dynamic mechanism of its growth by constructing a diamond model, and takes the IC industry cluster of Hefei High-tech Zone as the research object. The results show that there is a certain gap between Anhui Province and Jiangsu Province, but Anhui has great potential for development. Anhui Province can promote the clustering growth of strategic emerging industries through technological innovation, leading enterprises, global value chain embedding and the combination of production, education and research, and propose relevant countermeasures accordingly.
