摘　　要：基本养老保险基金投资风险有多重风险,即市场风险、管理风险、通货膨胀风险和流动性风险等。由于基本养老保险基金的特殊性与重要性,如何在投资过程中保值增值并进行风险控制成为我国基本养老保险基金投资的核心问题。基本养老保险基金保值增值关乎养老保险制度能否真正发挥养老功效,关系广大群众的切身利益与社会稳定。因此,基本养老保险基金的投资在确保基金投资保值增值的前提下,全方位加强投资整体风险防范,对保证基金投资的安全运营、维护广大参保者利益、完善社会保险制度以及保障社会稳定都具有十分重要的理论价值和现实意义。There are multiple risks in the investment of basic pension fund, namely market risk, management risk, inflation risk and liquidity risk. Because of the particularity and importance of the basic pension fund, how to maintain and increase the value and control the risk in the process of investment has become the core issue of the basic pension fund investment in China. The value preservation and appreciation of basic endowment insurance fund is related to whether the endowment insurance system can really play the role of endowment, and to the vital interests of the broad masses and social stability. Therefore, on the premise of ensuring the value-preserving and value-increasing of fund investment, the investment of basic endowment insurance fund should strengthen the overall risk prevention of investment in an all-round way, which has very important theoretical value and practical significance in ensuring the safe operation of fund investment, safeguarding the interests of the broad masses of insured persons, improving the social insurance system and ensuring social stability and righteousness.
