摘　　要：《悉尼协议》是国际高职院校工程学科的国际认证。参照《悉尼协议》开展高职精细化工技术骨干专业建设具有可行性和必要性。以《悉尼协议》为范式,从人才培养方案、课程体系、信息化教学模式、教学条件、师资团队、技能竞赛、“行企校”合作等方面进行专业建设。将精细化工技术专业建成国家骨干专业,能够在陕西乃至全国的同类高职学校、相关企业行业发挥示范引领作用。“Sydney Accord” is the international accreditation for engineer disciplines in higher vocational colleges. Referring to the “Sydney Accord”,it is feasible and necessary to carry out specialty construction of fine chemical technology in Higher Vocational education. In the paradigm of the Sydney Accord,the specialty construction is carried out from the aspects of talent training program,curriculum system,informational teaching mode,teaching conditions,teacher team,skill competitions and cooperation between enterprises and schools. The major of fine chemical technology will be built into a national backbone major,which can play a leading role in the demonstration of similar vocational schools and related enterprises in Shaanxi and even the whole country.
