以临床医学专业认证为契机推动医院教学档案资源建设

摘　　要：本文首先对非直属附属医院教学档案的现状进行分析,通过参与高校临床医学专业认证,对改变医院教学档案现状建立教学档案管理体系、规范教学档案制度建设和健全、丰富教学档案库藏资源方面起到积极的推动作用。最后对教学档案资源建设中管理人员素质、库藏内涵质量、数字化建设、创新利用进行了探讨。This paper first analyzes the status quo of teaching archives of non-subordinate affiliated hospitals, and participates in the clinical medical professional certification of colleges and universities, and establishes the teaching archives management system, standardizes the construction of teaching archives system, and perfects and enriches the resources of teaching archives positive promotion. Finally, the quality of management personnel, the connotation quality of the library, digital construction, and innovative utilization in the construction of teaching archives resources were considered.
