摘  要:乳腺癌为女性人群中一种常见恶性肿瘤,发病率呈逐年上升及年轻化趋势,严重威胁患者的生命安全,随着分子生物研究的深入,靶向药物治疗已成为目前乳腺癌治疗的主要方向,靶向药物可直接作用于病灶,对正常组织与细胞的损害较小,可显著降低毒副作用。HER2阳性乳腺癌患者以HER2为靶点,常采用曲妥珠单克隆抗体、拉帕替尼治疗,可取得良好疗效,但其不良反应可对治疗效果产生制约作用;还可以血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)为靶点,贝伐单抗、索拉菲尼、舒尼替尼、雷莫卢单抗等均具有显著疗效;长链非编码RNA可作为三阴性乳腺肿瘤的新型靶点,通过β-阻断剂抑制三阴性乳腺肿瘤的生长;此外,HSP、COX-2、PD-1、PD-L1、miRNA亦可作用新型靶点的研究方向。本文就乳腺癌近况、乳腺癌靶向治疗药物、其他新型治疗靶点等内容综述如下。Breast cancer is a common malignant tumor in the female population. The incidence rate is increasing and younger, which threatens the life safety of patients. With the deepening of molecular biology research, targeted drug therapy has become the current treatment of breast cancer. In the main direction, the targeted drugs can directly act on the lesions, and the damage to normal tissues and cells is small, which can significantly reduce the side effects. HER2-positive breast cancer patients with HER2 as targets, often treated with trastuzum monoclonal antibody, lapatinib, can achieve good results, but its adverse reactions can have a restrictive effect on the treatment effect;also can be vascular endothelial growth factor ( VEGF) as a target, bevacizumab, sorafenib, sunitinib, remolozumab, etc. have significant efficacy;long-chain non-coding RNA can be used as a new target for triple-negative breast tumors, through β- Blockers inhibit the growth of triple-negative breast tumors;in addition, HSP, COX-2, PD-1, PD-L1, miRNA can also play a role in the research of novel targets. This article reviews the current situation of breast cancer, targeted therapy for breast cancer, and other new therapeutic targets.
