摘 要:路网容量在道路运输系统的规划管理中发挥着日益显著的作用,路网容量的可靠性也成为客观评价道路性能的重要指标,论文基于路段服务水平约束的路网容量建立了可靠性双层规划研究模型,并将保留容量作为上层模型的目标式,下层规划通过随机用户均衡模型(SUE)来构建。通过灵敏度分析的方法求解该双层规划模型,并结合算例进行求模型求解,通过计算结果反映,该模型能较好的用于评价与比较不同路段服务水平要求下的路网性能.Road network capacity plays an increasingly significant role in the planning and management of road transportation system. The reliability of road network has also become an important indicator for objective evaluation of road performance. Based on the road network capacity constrained by road service level, this paper established a reliability bi-level planning research model. And taking the reserved capacity as the target of the upper level model, the lower level planning was constructed by the stochastic user equilibrium model (SUE). The bi-level programming model was solved by sensitivity analysis method, and the model was solved with an example. The results show that the model can be used to evaluate and compare the road network performance under the requirements of different road sections' service levels.
