摘　　要：基于冷轧无缝钢管的生产工艺流程,构建了由智能设备、智能物流系统及MES制造执行系统组成的智能化冷轧无缝钢管生产体系架构。冷轧无缝钢管的工艺流决定生产车间的设备类型及布置方式;设备流按照工艺要求实现无缝钢管生产过程的全自动化;物流系统管理物料在工序和设备间的流动,实时采集和监控产品工艺状态等数据;信息系统对各类数据进行处理,可监控设备运行状态、产品质量状态,分析诊断各类故障,并形成各类报表视图。因此,智能化冷轧无缝钢管生产工厂体系架构中工艺流和信息流、设备流、物流之间无缝融合,对生产数据进行分析、推理、判断及决策,提高了生产效率。Based on the process of cold-rolling seamless steel tube, an intelligent production system of cold-rolling seamless steel tube was built, and the system is composed of intelligent equipment, intelligent logistics system and MES. The equipment type and layout depend on the production process in a cold-rolling seamless tube workshop. According to process requirements, the device flow enables the seamless steel tube production have been fully automated. The logistic information system manages material flow between processes and equipment, and that collects and monitors real-time data of products process status. The information system processes all data, monitors equipment running status and products quality status, it analyzes and diagnoses of various faults, and forms all kinds of table report. Therefore, the process flow, information flow, equipment flow, and logistics flow are seamlessly integrated, meanwhile, it analyzes and reasons all kinds of data in the production process for making judgment and decision, which improve the production efficiency.
