米非司酮独用及与宫瘤消胶囊合用治疗子宫肌瘤的效果观察

摘　　要：目的探究米非司酮独用及与宫瘤消胶囊合用治疗子宫肌瘤疗效。方法选取我中心90例子宫肌瘤患者作为观察对象,通过随机数表法将其分为单一组与联合组,各45例,单一组患者仅予以米非司酮进行治疗,联合组患者则在米非司酮治疗基础上联合使用宫瘤消胶囊,对比两组患者经治疗后子宫体积、子宫肌瘤体积、每次月经量、月经期及性激素水平。结果两组患者经治疗后,联合组子宫肌瘤体积、子宫体积均显著小于单一组(P<0.05);联合组每次月经量与月经期均显著优于单一组(P<0.05);联合组雌二醇、孕激素、促黄体素、促卵泡素水平均显著低于单一组,且P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论米非司酮联合宫瘤消胶囊可显著改善子宫肌瘤患者性激素水平,减小子宫肌瘤与子宫体积、调节月经紊乱,因此具有临床推广价值。Objective To exPlore the efficacy of mifePristone alone and combined with Gongliuxiao caPsule in the treatment of uterine leiomyoma.Methods Ninety Patients with uterine leiomyoma in our center were selected as observation objects.They were divided into single grouP and combined grouP by random number table method(45 cases in each grouP).The single grouP was treated with mifePristone only,while the combined grouP was treated with mifePristone combined with Gongliuxiao caPsule.The uterine volume,uterine leiomyoma volume and uterine leiomyoma volume of the two grouPs after treatment were comPared.Each menstrual volume,menstrual Period and sex hormone level.Results After treatment,the volume of uterine leiomyoma and uterine volume in the combined grouP were significantly smaller than those in the single grouP(P<0.05);the amount of menstruation and menstrual Period in the combined grouP were significantly better than those in the single grouP(P<0.05);the levels of estradiol,Progesterone,luteinizing hormone and follicle stimulating hormone in the combined grouP were significantly lower than those in the single grouP,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion MifePristone combined with Gongliuxiao CaPsule can significantly imProve the sex hormone level of Patients with uterine leiomyoma,reduce the volume of uterine leiomyoma and uterus,and regulate menstrual disorders,so it has clinical PoPularization value.
