石龙解毒方对老年非霍奇金淋巴瘤患者中医证候及生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的观察石龙解毒方对老年非霍奇金淋巴瘤(NHL)患者中医证候及生活质量的影响。方法将33例老年NHL患者按照随机数字表法分为2组。对照组11例予常规化疗;治疗组22例(后脱落1例)在对照组治疗基础上予石龙解毒方治疗。3周为1个疗程,共治疗3个疗程,比较2组治疗前后中医证候评分及生活质量评分,并统计中医证候疗效。结果治疗组总有效率85.71%,对照组总有效率72.72%,治疗组中医证候疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后2组体倦乏力、食少纳呆、食后腹胀、潮热盗汗、疼痛、心悸、头晕评分及中医证候总分均降低(P<0.05),且治疗组各项评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后2组躯体、角色、社会、情绪、认知功能评分均升高(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后躯体、角色、社会、情绪功能评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论石龙解毒方能改善老年NHL患者中医证候,提高生活质量,具有较好的增效减毒作用。Objective To observe the clinical effects of Shilong Jiedu prescription on TCM symptoms and quality of life in elderly patients with non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma(NHL). Methods 33 elderly patients with NHL were divided into two groups according to the random number table method. 11 cases in control group were treated by routine chemotherapy. 22 cases(1 case of posterior abscission) in treatment group were treated by Shilong Jiedu prescription on the basis of the control group. Three weeks of treatment was a course of treatment, a total of three courses of treatment. The scores of TCM syndromes and quality of life before and after treatment were compared between the two groups, and the curative effect of TCM syndromes was counted. Results The total effective rate was 85.71% in treatment group and 72.72% in control group. The curative effect of TCM syndromes in treatment group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, the scores of fatigue, food less anorexia, abdominal distention after eating, hot flashes night sweats, pain, palpitation, dizziness and TCM syndromes in the two groups were all decreased(P<0.05), and the scores in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, the scores of body, role, society, emotion and cognitive function in both groups were increased(P<0.05), and the scores in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Shilong Jiedu prescription can improve the TCM syndromes and quality of life in elderly NHL patients, and has a good synergism and attenuation effect.
