摘　　要：目的:探讨精神分裂症患者犯罪的危险因素。方法:85例安徽省监狱总医院有犯罪记录的男性精神分裂症患者列为犯罪组,将同时期芜湖市精神病医院481例无犯罪记录的男性精神分裂症患者列为非犯罪组。对两组研究对象临床资料进行回顾性分析,探讨可能与精神分裂症患者各种暴力倾向有关的危险因素。结果:相对于非犯罪组,犯罪组受教育年限低(χ~2=31.322,P=0.000)、未婚(χ~2=19.505,P=0.000)、无业(χ~2=43.723,P=0.000)、经济状况差(χ~2=112.408,P=0.000)、有暴力行为(χ~2=12.347,P=0.000)、不规律服药(χ~2=8.224,P=0.004)、精神疾病家族史阳性(χ~2=5.612,P=0.018)、存在被害妄想(χ~2=35.477,P=0.000)的比例高于非犯罪组,而合并躯体疾病(χ~2=5.138,P=0.023)的比例低于非犯罪组,差异有统计学意义;Logistic回归分析显示职业、经济状况、被害妄想和受教育年限是精神分裂症患者犯罪的4个主要危险因素。结论:无业、经济状况差、存在被害妄想及受教育年限低是精神分裂症患者暴力行为的危险因素。Objective: To explore the risk factors associated with criminal behavior in schizophrenic patients. Method:A total of 85 schizophrenics with criminal behavior from general hospital for prison in Anhui province were chosen as a criminal group;other 481 ones without criminal behavior came from the Fourth People′s Hospital in Wuhu as a non-criminal group in the same period.The risk factors associated with criminal behavior in schizophrenic patients were discussed through a retrospective investigation in both groups. Results:The criminal group had a higher percentage in low education years(χ~2=31.322,P=0.000),unmarried(χ~2=19.505,P=0.000),unemployed(χ~2=43.723,P=0.000),lower income(χ~2=112.408,P=0.000),history of violence(χ~2=12.347,P=0.000),irregular medication(χ~2=8.224,P=0.004),positive family history of mental illness(χ~2=5.612,P=0.018) and delusion of persecution(χ~2=35.477,P=0.000),but lower percentage in physical diseases(χ~2=5.138,P=0.023) compared with the non-criminal group.It showed significantly statistical differences between the two groups.Logistic regression analysis showed that four risk related factors of criminal behavior in schizophrenics included profession,economic conditions,delusion of persecution and educational level. Conclusion: Unemployed,lower income,delusion of persecution and low education level are the important factors of criminal behavior in schizophrenic patients.
