摘  要:淀粉在造纸中用作胶料,使纸具有光滑、易印、耐磨和耐油脂的性能,并具有一定的干燥强度。当前国内水松原纸生产方案中多数在纸页表面表涂氧化淀粉,目的是提高纸页表面的平整性和印刷适性。为了保证产品的稳定性,氧化淀粉基本全部使用木薯氧化淀粉,生产成本较高,而在当前的市场形势下,各生产企业间竞争激烈,如何在保证产品质量的同时,进一步降低生产成本已经成为各大生产企业的重点课题。本文通过研究一种玉米氧化淀粉替代木薯氧化淀粉在水松原纸中的应用,为降低水松原纸生产成本提供一个方案。Starch is used as glue in papermaking, which makes paper smooth, easy to print, wear-resistant and grease-resistant, and has certain drying strength. At present, most of the domestic production schemes of lysium lysicum base paper are coated with oxidized starch on the surface of the paper sheet. In order to ensure the stability of products, the oxidized starch basically USES cassava oxidized starch with high production cost. However, in the current market situation, the competition among production enterprises is fierce. How to further reduce production cost while ensuring product quality has become a key issue for large production enterprises. This paper studies the application of a corn oxidized starch instead of tapioca oxidized starch in lysocyte base paper, and provides a solution to reduce the production cost of lysocyte base paper.
