摘  要:为解决高校人才培养方案中开展实习实训环节的困难,开发出一套生物质气体液化过程的虚拟实验。实验的基础是工艺过程的开发,包含过程参数的计算、设备的选型及设备和管道的布置。虚拟实验的交互设计过程包括装置搭建过程和装置运行过程两个部分,在设计过程中需要不断提取工艺开发过程中的有效数据。采用3D Studio Max进行三维建模及场景的搭建,采用Unity3D开发引擎设计出交互操作的步骤。开发结果展示了所有设备、连接管道和支架的空间视图。最后提出了虚拟与实际情境相结合以及拓展不同教学环节的讨论。A set of virtual experiments of biomass gas liquefaction process was developed. The purpus was to overcome the difficulties of practical training in talent training program of colleges and universities. The development of the process is basic. It contains the calculation of process parameters,the selection of equipment and the arrangement of equipment and pipelines. The interactive design thinking of virtual experiment includes two parts: device building process and device running process. Effective data were extracted continuously in the process of design. 3d Studio Max is used for modeling and scene building. Unity 3d development engine is used to design interactive operation steps. The results show a spatial view of all equipment,connecting pipes and supports. Finally,the paper puts forward the discussion of combining the virtual situation with the actual situation and opening up different teaching links.
