摘  要:提出了一种可进行远程手术指导的协同手术指导平台。研究了混合现实系统中的虚实场景叠加、交互方式、手术中患者身高数据采集、数据传输、虚拟场景信息的同步等相关技术。最后以膝关节镜手术的虚拟训练与指导为实例,开发了一套基于混合现实设备的远程多人协同手术训练指导原型系统。本平台是将混合现实技术、远程协同技术与虚拟手术训练相结合的一种全新尝试,使医生能够便捷、高效的进行异地远程医疗培训及手术指导,对于缓解我国中西部地区医疗资源紧张的情况将会起到很好的作用。In view of the problems of the uneven distribution of medical and surgical resources in many areas of China,especially in the Midwest,and the lack of immersion in the operating training platform based on the current virtual reality technology,a single way of interactively surgical platform is proposed to achieve remote guidance and cooperation. The superposition of virtual scene,interaction mode,data collection of patient’s operation,data transmission,and synchronization of virtual scene information are studied and mixed in the reality system. Finally,as an example,the virtual training and guidance is used in a knee arthroscopy to illustrate the remotely cooperative operation by multi persons on the mixed reality equipment. This platform is a new attempt to combine the mixed reality technology,remote cooperative technology and virtual operation training. It makes the doctor convenient and efficient to carry out remote telemedicine training and operation guidance. It will play a very good role in alleviating the shortage of medical and surgical resources in the central and western regions of China.
