摘  要:对四种含不同数量胞嘧啶-鸟嘌呤-胞嘧啶三连体(CGC^+)的银铂双金属纳米簇的结构及催化活性进行研究,探讨模板中CGC^+数量对其性能的影响.方法以含不同数量CGC^+的DNA三倍体为模板合成四种银铂纳米簇,采用透射电镜、紫外可见分光光度、荧光光谱等方法,研究模板中CGC^+数量对纳米簇结构及催化活性的影响.结果表明,模板中CGC^+数量可影响纳米簇结构,四种簇均有类过氧化物酶活性,能催化H2O2氧化TMB,且活性随CGC^+数量增加而有所增强.该研究可为纳米簇的合成及应用提供新思路和参考.The structure and catalytic activity of four kinds of triplex silver-platinum nanoclusters (triplex-AgPtNCs) containing different amounts of CGC^+ were studied, and the effect of CGC^+ number on the properties was discussed. Templated by the triplex DNA, four kinds of triplex-AgPtNCs were synthesized, respectively. Then the structure and catalytic activity of these triplex-AgPtNCs were studied by ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometry, fluorescence spectrometry and transmission electron microscope. Results showed the four kinds of triplex silver platinum nanoparticles had peroxidase-like activity, which can catalyze the oxidation of 3,3′,5,5′-tetramethylbenzidine by H2O2. Moreover, the catalytic activity had been enhanced along with the increase of the number of CGC^+. Meanwhile, it was also found that the number of CGC^+ in template sequences would affect the uniformity of nanoclusters. The study may provide new train of thought or reference for the synthesis and application of nanoclusters.
