国外儿童上手投掷基本动作技能研究述评

摘　　要：上手投掷是体育运动和日常生活中最常用的基本动作技能之一。目前,我国对儿童投掷动作的研究处于起步阶段,通过对国外儿童投掷动作有关文献进行解读与分析,促进我国儿童投掷动作模式的学习以及教学模式与策略的改进。现阶段,国外学者对于影响儿童投掷动作发展的因素研究已较为成熟,发现儿童投掷动作的发展受到多种因素的共同影响,其中动作技能干预是促进儿童投掷动作发展的最重要因素,但对于投掷的评估方法和工具目前还未统一,另外,动作技能发展的序列是判断基本动作技能是否形成的常用方法之一。基于此对我国研究提出以下建议:探索符合我国国情和儿童身体发展特点的儿童投掷运动模式和发展序列;重视男女性别差异,提高投掷教学水平;设计适合我国国内儿童上手投掷的评估工具;加强以投掷为主的传统体育项目的研究。Overhand throwing is one of the most common basic motor skills in sports and daily life.At present,the research on children's throwing in China is in infancy.Through the interpretation and analysis of the literature on foreign children's throwing,it can promote the learning mode,the teaching mode and the strategy of children's throwing action mode.Foreign research scholars have made mature studies on the factors affecting the development of children's throwing movements;motor skill intervention is the most important factor to promote the development of children's throwing movement.The evaluation methods and tools for throwing are not yet unified.And the sequence of motor skill development is a common method to judge whether basic motor skills are formed.The author put forward the following suggestions:To formulate children's throwing sports patterns and development sequences that are in line with China's national conditions and the characteristics of children's physical development;pay attention to the gender difference between men and women,improve the teaching level of throwing;formulate an evaluation method suitable for children's domestic throwing in China;strengthen the research on traditional sports that are mainly throwing.
