摘 要:文中以某屠宰加工物流中心为分析对象,在考虑屠宰企业生产效率影响因素的基础上,将精益物流思想与现代劳动密集型行业的特征相结合,对其进行物流分析和生产效率分析,并应用物流仿真技术对厂内物流及生产现状进行模拟,以寻求适合屠宰业的精益改善方案,为屠宰业生产效率的改进方向提出建议,对国内屠宰行业厂内物流的改善有借鉴意义。In this paper,a slaughtering and processing logistics center is taken as the analysis object.On the basis of considering the factors affecting the production efficiency of slaughtering enterprises,the lean logistics idea is combined with the characteristics of modern labor-intensive industries to carry out logistics analysis and production efficiency analysis.The logistics simulation technology is applied to simulate the in-plant logistics and production status,so as to find a lean improvement scheme suitable for the slaughtering industry,put forward suggestions for the improvement direction of the production efficiency of the slaughtering industry,and have reference significance for the improvement of in-plant logistics in the domestic slaughtering industry.
