摘 要:目的探究舒血宁对老年重症急性胰腺炎(SAP)患者高凝状态及心脏损伤标志物的影响。方法选取2017年5月-2018年5月60例老年SAP患者为研究对象,按照治疗方法分为观察组和对照组,每组30例。对照组入院后给予常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合舒血宁治疗。比较2组临床疗效及治疗前后炎性因子、氧化应激指标、凝血指标、心脏损伤标志物水平变化,并记录不良反应发生情况。结果观察组疗效总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组炎性因子、氧化应激指标、凝血指标改善情况均显著优于对照组,心脏损伤标志物水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗过程中2组均未发生明显不良反应。结论舒血宁可改善老年SAP患者炎性反应、氧化应激损伤及血液高凝状态,减轻心脏损伤,临床疗效较为显著,安全性高。Objective To investigate effects of Shuxuening on hypercoagulable state and heart injury markers in elderly patients with severe acute panreatitis (SAP). Methods A total of 60 elderly patients with SAP admitted during May 2017 and May 2018 were divided into observation group and control group ( n =30 in each group) according to therapeutic methods. Control group was treated with routine treatment after admission, while observation group was added with Shuxuening on the basis of treatment for control group. In two groups, clinical efficacy and changes of inflammatory factors, oxidative stress indexes, coagulation indexes and heart injury markers before and after treatment were compared, and incidence rates of adverse reactions were recorded. Results The total effective rate in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group ( P <0.05). After treatment in observation group, improved conditions of inflammatory factors, oxidative stress indexes and coagulation indexes were significantly better, while levels of heart injury markers were significantly lower than those in control group ( P <0.05). There were no obvious adverse reactions during the treatment in two groups. Conclusion Shuxuening may improve inflammatory reaction, oxidative stress injury and blood hypercoagulable state in elderly patients with SAP, and it may alleviate heart injury with good clinical effect and safety.
