摘　　要：船舶资产的处置有别于其他动产及不动产,《中华人民共和国海事诉讼特别程序法》及相关司法解释对此有特殊的程序规定。对司法实践中船舶拍卖后债权登记、确权诉讼、清偿分配中出现的若干程序法适用方面的问题进行了梳理及研究,提炼出一些共性的现象及问题加以分析,并从《中华人民共和国海事诉讼特别程序法》修改的角度,提出相关的法律修订的意见和建议。The Special Maritime Procedure Law of the People’s Republic of China and related judicial interpretations have special regulations relating to the disposal of ship assets, which is different from other movable and immovable property. This paper sorts out and studies the application of certain procedural laws in the process of debt registration, declaratory actions and distribution after the auction of ships in the judicial practice, extracts some common phenomena and problems, and gives some revision advice for the amendment of the Special Maritime Procedure Law of the People’s Republic of China .
