摘  要:降低拖拉机等农业机械的作业排放对大气环境的污染势在必行。以某款拖拉机为测试主体,利用PEMS系统获取拖拉机旋耕作业状态下的排放情况,按照欧盟非道路第5阶段的测试方法及计算程序,基于功基窗口法对排放数据进行计算分排放情况。试验结果表明,NOX排放结果为5.25~5.942g/kW·h,拖拉机装用发动机的排放测试结果,台架试验不能有效反应田间作业排放情况。It is imperative to reduce the atmospheric environmental pollution caused by the operation emissions of agricultural machinery such as tractors. Taking a certain type of tractor as the test subject, the emission of the tractor under rotary tillage operation was obtained by PEMS system. According to the test method and calculation program of the fifth stage of non-road in EU, the emission distribution was calculated based on the work base window method. The test results show that the emission of NOX is 5.25-5.942 g/kW·h. The emission test results of tractor-mounted engine can not effectively reflect the field operation emission.
