胃镜电凝止血联合镜下蒙脱石散创面给药治疗胃溃疡出血的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:分析胃镜电凝止血联合镜下蒙脱石散创面给药治疗胃溃疡出血的疗效。方法:将我院收治的72例胃溃疡出血患者临床资料分为对照组(36例)、观察组(36例),对照组给予胃镜电凝止血,观察组在对照组基础上给予镜下蒙脱石散创面喷洒,观察比较两组治疗效果及不良反应情况。结果:对照组输血量较观察组多,其止血时间、住院时间和溃疡愈合时间均较观察组长,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组不良反应率19.45%,较观察组反应率5.56%高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用蒙脱石散辅助胃镜电凝止血治疗具有快速止血效果,能缩短胃溃疡出血患者治疗时间,且不良反应少。Objective: To analyze the curative effects of gastroscope electrocoagulation hemostasis combined with microscopically administered montmorillonite powder in the treatment of gastric ulcer bleeding. Methods: 72 patients with gastric ulcer bleeding were divided into the control group and observation group with 36 cases in each. Patients in the control group received gastroscope electrocoagulation hemostasis, while patients in the observation group were sprayed with montmorillonite powder to the gastric ulcer wounds. Then the curative effects and adverse reactions between patients in both groups were compared. Results: Patients in the control group recived more blood transfution, had longer hemostatic time, hospital stays and ulcer healing time than those in the observation group, which were of statistical differences(P<0.05). Conclusion: The adoption of gastroscope electrocoagulation hemostasis assisted by montmorillonite powder spraying on the ulcer woulds has quick hemostatic effect, can shorten the treatment time of patients with gastric ulcer bleeding, and with fewer adverse reactions.
