摘  要:目的:应用机用TF镍钛锉和不锈钢K锉进行根管预备,通过患者术后对疼痛的感知,评价两种方法的优劣。方法:选取需要治疗的下颌第一磨牙的患者130例,共442个根管,随机分成TF组和K锉组,每组各65例,分别采用机用TF镍钛锉和不锈钢K锉进行扩管,术后通过患者视觉痛觉量表(VAS)记录并比较1周疼痛严重程度。结果:机用TF预备磨牙根管术后疼痛程度较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:应用TF镍钛锉方法进行管根预备明显优于不锈钢K锉方法。Objective: To compare the different effects of using machine TF nickel titanium file and stainless steel K file for preparing root canal based on patients’ conception of postoperative pain. Methods: A total of 442 root canal from 130 patients whose mandibular first molar needing treatment were selected and randomized into two groups: TF group and K file group(65 cases in each group) had their root canal prepared with TF nickel titanium and stainless steel K file respectively. Then,their one-week severity of postoperative pain of patients was recorded through visual pain scale(VAS). Results: The patient’s postoperative pain degree was obviously lower by using machine TF Ni-ti file technique in the molar root canal preparation than that by using K file methods,which was of statistical difference(P<0.05). Conclutions: Compared with stainless-steel files,the use of machine TF Ni-ti file technique in root canal preparation for patients causes less postoperative pain.
