摘　　要：Loss of heterozygosity (LOH) is a phenomenon in which elimination of one parental genomic region occurs in interspecific hybrids. LOH is common in cancer (Deng et al., 1996;Koufos et al., 1985). However, genetic analysis of LOH has been mainly conducted based on predetermined features of individual genomes.
