摘　　要：高职护理专业人才培养的关键是实践能力和岗位胜任能力的培养。实践教学在培养学生的实践能力、岗位胜任能力及创新能力目标达成中具有举足轻重的地位。从实践教学体系"五模块"着手,即实践教学目标、实践教学内容、实践教学资源、实践教学管理和实践教学评价,构建一个高效实用、整体优化,与理论教学有机融合的护理实践教学体系。The key to the cultivation of nursing talents in higher vocational colleges is the cultivation of practical ability and position competence.Practical teaching plays an important role in cultivating the practical ability,position competence and innovation ability of nursing students.Starting with the " Five Modules" of the practical teaching system,including objectives,content,resources,management and evaluation of the practical teaching system,we have constructed a nursing practice teaching system which is efficient,practical,overall optimized and organically integrated with theoretical teaching.
