摘  要:近年来,作为科学研究和技术创新的物质基础和关键条件,作为综合实力评估的重要衡量标准,大型仪器设备的数量和规模迅速增加,使实验室的装备水平得到了大幅度提升。然而,在其迅速增长的数据背后,却存在着重复购置、共享水平差、资源利用率低、设备闲置等问题。虽然有不少单位构建了相关的开放共享平台以解决存在的问题,但是由于理念和开发技术落后、尤其是缺少移动互联网接入方式等问题,造成系统知名度低、访问量少、用户粘性差、预约使用率低、共享效果差等情况,远没有达到预期的效果,自然也就解决不了大型仪器设备开放共享的迫切需求。因此构建基于云服务的具有移动互联网接入能力的开放共享平台势在必行。In recent years, as the material basis and key condition for scientific research and technological innovation, as an important measure of comprehensive strength assessment, the number and scale of largescale instrument and equipment have rapidly increased, which has greatly improved the level of laboratory equipment. However, behind its rapidly growing data, there are problems such as repeated purchases, poor sharing levels, low resource utilization, and idle equipment. Although many units have built relevant open and shared platforms to solve existing problems, due to problems in concepts and development technologies, especially the lack of mobile Internet access methods, the system has low visibility, low traffic, and poor user stickiness. The low use of appointments and poor sharing results far outweigh the expected results. Naturally, it cannot solve the urgent need for large-scale instrument and equipment sharing. Therefore, it is imperative to build an open sharing platform based on cloud services with mobile Internet access capabilities.
