从五脏苦欲和体用阴阳看五味补泻

摘　　要：对于五脏补泻,经典古籍中存在着不同的认识,在五脏与五味的配属中,五脏的生理特点与五味的功能也存在着明显的差异,单纯以五味分属五脏的情况进行补泻,难以形成系统而准确的补泻观。此外,代表“体”的物质基础与代表“用”的功能作用存在着紧密的联系,并具备一定的阴阳属性。通过五脏苦欲、体用阴阳的不同视角,对五脏的补泻观念进行探讨,以期对五脏补泻和五味有更深的理解。There are different understandings in classical ancient books on the concept of reinforcing and reduc-ing of the five zang-organs,and there are also obvious differences in the physiological characteristics of the five zangorgans and functions of the five flavors. It is difficult to form a systematic and accurate view of reinforcing and reducing by simply taking the five flavors matching the five zang-organs. In addition,the“character”representing the material basis and the“function”representing the action has precise connection,which also has certain attribute of yin and yang. This paper adopted different perspectives through detesting and desiring of five zang-organs,character and function of yin and yang,to discuss the concept of reinforcing and reducing of the five zang-organs,in order to have a deeper understanding to the reinforcing and reducing of five zang-organs by using five flavors.
