摘  要:跨学科教育是高等教育改革的重要举措,大学实行跨学科人才培养已是大势所趋。探究世界一流大学跨学科人才培养模式,选取七所具有代表性的著名大学,通过文献搜集和调查分析,对跨学科人才培养模式进行比较。研究发现,这七所世界一流大学已经构建完整的跨学科人才培养体系,并在课程体系、跨学科培养项目、组织形式和培养途径等方面形成了自己的鲜明特色。而我国大学的跨学科人才培养虽然在近几年取得了长足的进步,但总体上还有诸多不足,甚至存在无法逾越的鸿沟。借鉴世界一流大学跨学科人才培养模式,进一步打破学科壁垒、建立健全学科群、增加跨学科教育多元投入,以及改革教学方式和壮大跨学科师资队伍,是我国大学需要重点考虑的问题,也是跨学科人才培养模式改革的必经之路。Interdisciplinary education is a significant measure to reform higher education, and it is a general trend for universities to train interdisciplinary talents. This study aims to explore the modes of interdisciplinary talents training in world-class universities, based on research literature and a survey of seven famous representative universities. The results show that these world-class universities have built a complete system for interdisciplinary talents training, characterized by the curriculum, interdisciplinary programs, forms of organizational structure, and training methods. Chinese universities have made great progress in interdisciplinary talents training in recent years, but still have shortcomings, even insurmountable gaps. Therefore, Chinese universities need to consider using for reference the modes of interdisciplinary talents training in these world-class universities by further breaking the disciplinary barriers, establishing complete discipline clusters, increasing multiple input in interdisciplinary education, reforming teaching methods, and building a more powerful contingent of interdisciplinary teachers.
