《金匮要略》治饮“当以温药和之”的临床应用

摘　　要：根据《金匮要略》中饮病的特点,分析饮病病证及治疗饮病的方药特点,结合中医临床病例,探讨张仲景治饮“当以温药和之”的临床指导意义。通过四饮的病症特点以及饮停其他部位的病症特点,分析《金匮要略》中饮病的特点。从根据饮病的病证不同用药、根据饮停部位不同用药,分析《金匮要略》中治疗饮病的用药特点。临床中运用温阳化饮法治疗各种疑难杂病的报道很多,结合临床文献,根据所患疾病的部位不同,从饮停于肺、饮停于心、饮停胸胁、饮停胃脘、饮停于腹部和饮停其他部位等分别进行论述,探讨张仲景治饮“当以温药和之”的临床应用。According to the characteristics of phlegm retention disease in Synopsis Golden Chamber, this paper analyzed fluid retention and the medicine characteristics in treating fluid retention, and discussed the clinical guiding significance of Zhang Zhongjing’s treatment of fluid retention using warm herbs based on the cases. The characteristics of fluid retention in Synopsis of Golden Chamber were analyzed through the characteristics of the four types of fluid retention and other parts of the fluid retention. According to the different medication according to the syndrome of fluid retention and the different medication according to the stopping position of phlegm retention, the medication characteristics of treating in Synopsis of Golden Chamber were analyzed. There are many reports on the treatment of various difficult and miscellaneous diseases with warming yang for resolving fluid-retention method in clinic. According to the different parts of the disease, the clinical application of Zhang Zhongjing treating fluid retention disease is discussed from the following aspects: phlegm retention in the lung, phlegm retention the heart, phlegm retention in the chest, phlegm retention in the stomach, phlegm retention in the abdomen and phlegm retention in other parts.
