摘 要:在汽车行业飞速发展的今天,汽车主机厂的较量归根结底是产品的较量。推陈出新的速度和对成本的控制已经成为大多数整车厂竞争的关键领域,降低整车开发的成本和缩短开发周期成为整车厂开发车型的重点任务,而整车开发成本中模具的成本占了一大部分。从软模的角度出发,研究实验模的开发策略来降低零件的成本,并对团队建设及人才培养给出了具体的方法,为汽车行业降本增效提供了切实有效的途径。Nowadays, with the rapid development of automobile industry, the final contest between automobile OEM factories is the contest of products. Speed and cost control has become the key areas of competition for most automobile manufacturers. Reducing the cost of vehicle development and shortening the development cycle time has become the key task of OEM for vehicle development. The cost of mold accounts for a large part of the whole vehicle development cost. Based on this, from the perspective of the prototype mold, the development strategy of the prototype mold to reduce the cost of parts was studied, and specific methods for team building and personnel training was given in this paper, which provided an effective way for the automobile industry to reduce costs and increase efficiency.
