早中期腰椎间盘退变机制及独活寄生汤治疗的研究进展

摘　　要：椎间盘退行性改变引发多种腰椎退变性疾病,干扰患病人群的身体健康和降低他们的生活质量,同时社会和家庭经济后果损失严重,因此椎间盘退变的机制探索一直是脊柱外科的研究重点。本文综述了国内外研究报道的关于早中期腰椎间盘退行性改变的发病机制,同时也综述了独活寄生汤改善椎间盘退行性变的机制,为中医药治疗腰椎退变性疾病提供理论依据。The degenerative changes of intervertebral disc cause a variety of lumbar degeneration diseases. These diseases seriously affect the health and quality of life of patients, and also bring bad effects and great economic losses to the society. Therefore, the exploration of the mechanism of disc degeneration has been the focus of research in spinal surgery. This article reviews the studies on pathogenesis of early and middle stage degenerative changes of lumbar intervertebral disc, and the mechanism of improving the degenerative changes of intervertebral disc by Duhuo Jisheng Decoction was also reviewed. These will provide theoretical basis for TCM treatment of lumbar disc degeneration.
