摘  要:外泌体是由各类细胞释放的脂质双层膜结构的球形颗粒,含有供体细胞特征性生物信息分子(如脂质、蛋白质、DNA、mRNA、miRNA等),并可作为细胞间运输载体将该生物分子传递给其他细胞,参与多种生物学行为,特别是有携带肿瘤遗传信息、调节肿瘤微环境、促进肿瘤血管生成等作用。近年来许多研究表明检测体液中外泌体及其所含的非编码RNA(如microRNA、lncRNA、circRNA等)可以反映肿瘤进展和治疗预后,可能成为一种新的肿瘤标记物,在临床诊疗中有较好的潜在应用价值。本文综述了外泌体源性非编码RNA的主要特点和功能及其在前列腺癌诊疗方面的研究进展。Exosome is a spherical granule of lipid bilayer membrane structure which released by various kinds of cells.Exosomes contain donor cell-specific bioinformatics molecules (such as lipids,proteins,DNA,RNA,microRNAs,etc.) and can be used as intercellular transport vectors to transmit bioinformation to other cells.It also participates in a variety of biological behaviors, especially in carrying genetic information of tumors,regulating tumor microenvironment and promoting angiogenesis of tumors. In recent years,many studies have shown that EVs levels in body fluids and its contained non-coding RNA (such as microRNA, lncRNA,circRNA,etc.) can reflect the progress and prognosis of tumors,which suggests that it can be used as a new tumor marker for diagnosis and treatment.This article reviews the main features,functions of exogenous non-coding RNA and its related research progress in diagnosis and treatment of prostate cancer.
