摘  要:介绍多元平行流冷凝器的结构类型特点和前人的试验及理论研究成果,利用有限元软件对冷凝器空气侧百叶窗翅片的耦合传热进行数值模拟计算,揭示空气侧百叶窗翅片内部的流场结构,研究迎面风速和翅片间距变化对多元平行流冷凝器传热和流动性能的影响.结果表明,多元平行流冷凝器换热性能随迎面风速的变大先变好,后趋于恒定;在其它结构参数不变的情况下,较小的翅片间距可获得较好的换热性能.同时,在进口制冷剂流量相同的情况下,对3组不同扁管伸入集流管深度H模型进行数值模拟,得到制冷剂在各模型下出口流量情况.This paper describes the structure types and characteristics of multiple parallel flow condenser and predecessors research results,the numerical simulation was carried out with finite element software to study the coupled heat transfer of the air side louver fin of the condenser,the numerical results reveal the flow field structure in the fin of the air side louver fin.The effects of head-on wind speed and fin spacing on heat transfer and fluidity of multiple parallel flow condenser were studied.Results show that heat transfer performance of multiple parallel flow condenser improved first with the increase of head-on wind speed,then tend to be constant.In the case of other structural parameters unchanged,better heat transfer performance can be obtained with smaller fin spacing.
