机械类地方本科院校产学研合作人才培养模式研究

摘　　要：基于产学研合作的人才培养模式是高等院校创新型人才、应用型人才培养的重要途径,尤其是针对工科机械类本科生,以产学研为平台,可将理论知识与工程实践有机结合.本文根据区域经济社会发展对应用型人才培养的要求,以国家倡导的高等院校人才转型为背景,从基于产学研合作为核心的人才培养模式出发,分析和探讨本科院校人才培养的现状及产学研合作教育的现状,针对专业结构和专业培养目标与经济社会需求不适应、产学研融合协同育人机制不健全等问题提出若干建议,以提高内蒙古民族大学人才培养质量,使毕业生能够适应社会发展的需要,获得校外用人单位认可.The talent training mode based on industry-university-research cooperation is an important way to cultivate innovative and applied talents in colleges and universities.Especially for undergraduates majoring in engineering machinery,taking industry-university-research as a platform,the theoretical knowledge and engineering practice can be organically combined.Based on the requirements of regional economic and social development for applied talents training and the transformation of talents in institutions of higher learning advocated by the state,this paper analyses and discusses the current situation of talent training in undergraduate colleges and universities and the current situation of industry-university-research cooperation education,aiming at the fact that the professional structure and training objectives are not compatible with the needs of the economy and society.Suggestions are put forward to improve the quality of personnel training in Inner Mongolia University for Nationalities by integrating industry,education and research,and the imperfect mechanism of personnel education,so that graduates can meet the needs of social development,and get recognition from off-campus employers.
