摘　　要：如何整合各方优质教育资源、建成符合自身实际和具有显著特色的人才培养模式是应用型本科院校亟待思考和解决的问题。从“四个一流”建设的大背景出发,探索应用型本科院校人才培养模式的构建,对破解优质资源困境、提高人才培养质量有重要的现实意义。How to integrate high-quality educational resources from all parties and build a talent training mode of talent that is in line with its own reality and has distinctive features is an urgent problem for Application-oriented Universities.Starting from the background of"Four First-class"construction,exploring the construction of the training mode of talent in Application-oriented Universities has important practical significance for solving the dilemma of high-quality resources and improving the quality of talent training.
