摘　　要：企业研究院的安全工作直接关系着相关人员的生命财产安全,关系着企业和社会的安全稳定。本文探讨了研究院实验室存在的安全管理问题,并以宁波诺丁汉大学新材料研究院为例,从安全组织架构的建设、实习生的遴选、安全培训和准入制度、风险评估管理、加强安全检查及持续沟通等方面介绍了企业研究院在实习生安全管理方面的改进做法,以期为同类型的企业研究院实验室安全管理提供参考和借鉴,确保包括实习生在内的师生员工的生命安全和健康。The safety of enterprise research institutes is directly related to the safety of the life and property of relevant personnel,and to the safety and stability of the enterprises and the society.This paper discusses the safety management problems in the laboratory of enterprise research institutes.Taking the Nottingham New Materials Institute as an example,this paper introduces the safety management of interns in the enterprise research institutes from the aspects of the establishment of safety organization structure,the selection of interns,the safety training and access system,the risk management and the strengthening of safety inspections and continuous communications,which are intended to provide reference for the safety management of the same type of enterprise research institutes to ensure the safety and health of teachers and students including interns.
