摘 要:乳腺癌是当今女性最常见的恶性肿瘤之一,随着诊断和治疗技术的进步,乳腺癌病死率大幅下降。然而其治疗过程中常伴随着血脂水平的改变,长期血脂异常可能会影响乳腺癌的发展和预后并增加心血管疾病风险。近年来,许多研究表明化疗和内分泌治疗等都与乳腺癌患者血脂水平的改变有关。因此,了解、减少甚至消除这些治疗引起的不利影响显得尤为重要。该文就乳腺癌患者血脂水平变化与化疗、内分泌治疗等相关研究进展进行综述。Breast cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors for women nowdays. With the development of diagnostic and therapeutic techniques, the mortality rate of breast cancer dropped dramatically. However, the treatment of breast cancer is often accompanied with the changes in serum lipid levels which may affect the prognosis of breast cancer and increase the risk of cardiovascular diseases in the long-term. In recent years, many studies have shown that chemotherapy and endocrinotherapy are related to changes in serum lipid levels in breast cancer patients. Therefore, it is particularly important to understand and eliminate the adverse effects caused by these treatments. This article reviews the relationship between serum lipid levels and chemotherapy, endocrinotherapy.
