摘  要:目的探讨医教结合模式对于促进学龄前儿童视觉发育和眼健康的意义。方法在南京市城区托幼机构应用医教结合模式普及儿童眼保健知识,并评价该模式的应用对于儿童、家长和园方的影响。结果应用医教结合模式干预1学年,试验组儿童眼保健知识知晓率明显高于对照组;试验组儿童的视力发育趋势比对照组更理想,视力平均值明显高于对照组(t=3.081,P=0.002);屈光异常率(11.8%)显著低于对照组(17.7%)(χ^2=11.890,P=0.001)。因此,该模式获得家长和园方认可。结论医教结合模式在托幼机构眼保健中的应用,对于降低学龄前儿童视力不良发生率和延缓近视发生起到保护作用。Objective To explore the significance of medical-educational combination model in promoting visual development and eye health of preschool children.Methods In the kindergartens of Nanjing city,we used the medicaleducational combination model in children's eye care teaching,and evaluated the application of the model for children,parents and the kindergartens.Results After 1 year,the knowledge of experimental group children was significantly higher than that of the control group.The visual development trend was better than that of the control group and the average visual acuity was significantly higher than that of the control group(t=3.081,P=0.002),and refractive abnormality rate(11.8%)was significantly lower than that of the control group(17.7%)(χ2=11.890,P=0.001).Of course,the mode was recognized by the parents as well as the kindergartens.Conclusion The application of medical-educational combination model of eye care can promote visual development and delay the occurrence of myopia in preschool children.
