摘　　要：目的探讨慢性精神分裂症患者进行病区内易操作易实施康复训练中断的原因。方法34例中断参与病区内易操作易实施康复训练的慢性精神分裂症患者,采用本院自制的统计量表对所有患者进行评价,观察所有患者的性别、病程、中断治疗原因。结果34例中断参与病区内易操作易实施康复训练的慢性精神分裂症患者,其中男15例、构成比为44.12%,女19例、构成比为55.88%;病程10~20年者8例、构成比为23.53%,病程20~30年者22例、构成比为64.71%,病程>30年者4例、构成比为11.76%。因病情复发导致中断康复训练者18例,构成比为52.94%;因躯体疾病导致中断康复训练者8例,构成比为23.53%;因患者原因(不愿意继续参加)中断康复训练者6例,构成比为17.65%;因其他原因中断康复训练者2例,构成比为5.88%,其中患者死亡1例、家属拒绝1例。结论影响慢性精神分裂患者进行康复训练首要因素是控制病情稳定,躯体状况也是影响进行康复训练的重要因素,患者对康复训练依从性也很重要。Objective To discuss the causes of interruption of easy-to-operate rehabilitation training in ward for chronic schizophrenia patients. Methods A total of 34 chronic schizophrenia patients with interruption of easy-to-operate rehabilitation training in ward were evaluated with the self-made statistical tables. The gender, course of disease and reasons for interruption of treatment of all patients were observed. Results Among chronic schizophrenia patients with interruption of easy-to-operate rehabilitation training in ward, there were 15 males, accounting for 44.12% and 19 females, accounting for 55.88%;8 patients with a course of 10~20 years, accounting for 23.53%;22 patients with a course of 20~30 years, accounting for 64.71%;and 4 patients with a course of > 30 years, accounting for 11.76%. Rehabilitation training was interrupted in 18 cases due to relapse of illness, accounting for 52.94%, 8 cases due to physical disease accounting for 23.53%, 6 cases due to patient’s reason (unwillingness to continue participating), accounting for 17.65%, and 2 cases due to other reasons, accounting for 5.88%, including 1 case of death and 1 case of family rejection. Conclusion The primary factor affecting the rehabilitation training of patients with chronic schizophrenia is to control the stability of the disease, and the physical condition is also an important factor affecting the rehabilitation training. The compliance of patients with rehabilitation training is also important.
