摘 要:通过液相色谱-质谱联用(LC-MS)分析,阐述了多元醇酯结构判断的质谱分析方法。将多元醇酯进行LC分离,对质谱峰解析,判断多元醇酯结构中酸的单体组成;通过LC-MS分析,关联每个色谱峰的质谱解析结果和积分面积,推算出多元醇酯结构中不同碳数酸的含量。举例说明并分析了三羟甲基丙烷酯、季戊四醇酯类合成基础油的组成。运用该方法跟踪分析多元醇酯组成,可找出多元醇酯黏度及倾点变化的原因,指导合成反应加料比变化。By the analysis of liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry( LC-MS),the mass spectrometry analysis method for determining the structure of polyol esters was described in this paper. The polyol esters were separated by LC. The mass spectrum of the polyol esters was analyzed. The monomer composition of acids in the polyol esters structure was determined. By LC-MS analysis,the results of mass spectrometry analysis and the integral area of each chromatographic peak were correlated,and the content of different carbon number acids in polyol esters structure was calculated. The composition of the synthetic base oils of three hydroxymethyl propane ester and pentaerythritol ester was illustrated with examples. By using this method to trace and analyze the composition of polyol esters,the reason for the change of viscosity and pour point of polyol esters can be found out,which can guide the change of the feed ratio in synthesis reaction.
