摘　　要：张明主任认为,在疾病治疗的过程中应当遵循天人相应、四时合参理念,辨病结合辨证,注意扶正结合祛邪。他认为脾胃虚弱、阴津耗伤、肠络瘀阻、毒邪内蕴是大肠癌前病变的病机;而大肠癌的辨病特征多以湿热瘀毒为主,虽病在大肠,但与脾胃肾的虚弱有关,为邪实正虚之病。因此,在大肠癌的中医药治疗中要以六腑以通为用,清热利湿为主,同时把健脾贯穿始终,兼以利胆。肿瘤疾病对患者的心理影响比较大,所以予以药物治疗的同时要重视心理疏导,树立战胜疾病的信心。Professor Zhang Ming believes that in the process of disease treatment, we should follow the concept of "correspondence between heaven and man" and "four-time integration", combine disease differentiation with syndrome differentiation, and pay attention to the combination of strengthening the body and eliminating pathogenic factors. He holds that the pathogenesis of precancerous lesions of large intestine was weakness of spleen and stomach, depletion of yin jin, obstruction of intestines and collaterals, and accumulation of toxins and pathogens, while the differentiation of diseases of large intestine cancer was mostly characterized by dampness, heat and toxins. Although the disease was in the large intestine, it was related to the weakness of spleen, stomach and kidney, and was the disease of excessive pathogen and deficient origin, in the treatment of colorectal cancer in traditional Chinese medicine, the six fu viscera should be used for the purpose of clearing away heat and dampness, while strengthening the spleen and gallbladder. Tumor diseases have a greater psychological impact on patients, so we should pay attention to psychological counseling, listen to patients’ expressions, encourage patients to face positively, and build up confidence to overcome the disease.
