为行乳腺癌改良根治术后放疗所致放射性皮肤损伤患者使用贯新克进行治疗的效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨为乳腺癌改良根治术后放疗所致放射性皮肤损伤患者使用贯新克进行治疗的效果。方法:选取2017年1月至12月期间在浙江省肿瘤医院进行乳腺癌改良根治术后放疗期间发生放射性皮肤损伤的86例患者作为研究对象。将这些患者分为贯新克组(n=44)和对照组(n=42)。这些患者发生放射性皮肤损伤后,在对照组患者的皮损处均匀地涂抹无刺激性软膏,在贯新克组患者的皮损处喷涂贯新克。同时,对两组患者均进行健康指导。然后比较两组患者治疗的总有效率及创面愈合的时间。结果:治疗后,贯新克组患者治疗的总有效率高于对照组患者(P <0.05),其创面愈合的时间短于对照组患者(P <0.05)。结论:为乳腺癌改良根治术后放疗所致放射性皮肤损伤患者使用贯新克进行治疗的效果较为理想,可促进其患处皮肤的愈合。objective: to investigate the efficacy of guanxinke in the treatment of radiation skin injury caused by radiotherapy after modified radical mastectomy for breast cancer. Methods: a total of 86 patients with radiological skin injury during radiotherapy after modified radical mastectomy for breast cancer in zhejiang cancer hospital from January to December 2017 were selected as subjects. These patients were divided into two groups: the guanxinke group (n=44) and the control group (n=42). After the occurrence of radioactive skin injury in these patients, non-irritating ointment was uniformly applied to the skin lesions in the control group, and the skin lesions in the guanxinke group were sprayed with guanxinke. Meanwhile, health guidance was given to both groups of patients. Then the total effective rate and wound healing time were compared between the two groups. Results: after treatment, the total effective rate of the patients in the guanxinke group was higher than that in the control group (P < 0.05), and the wound healing time was shorter than that in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: for patients with breast cancer modified radical radioactivity skin damage caused by postoperative radiotherapy using the penetration of new treatment effect more ideal, can promote the healing of the skin affected area.
