摘 要:在李嘉图租金理论的基础上,本文假设了多种交通工具可选、地铁线路非全覆盖、地铁站点有限等三种情境,推导出地铁通勤与城市住宅租金关系,发现共享单车扩大了地铁线路和地铁站的服务范围,进一步提高了城市部分地区住宅租金,也扩展了城市边界。共享单车问世以来,不仅改变了居民出行方式,在解决"最后一公里"问题上也发挥了巨大作用,给城市交通结构带来了崭新的变革。当下共享经济飞速发展,本文基于经典模型对共享单车、地铁与住宅租金的关系进行理论推导,对于深入认识共享单车和后续相关研究可以提供理论依据和启发。On the basis of Ricardian rent theory,this paper assumes three situations:alternative transportations,incomplete covered subway lines and limited subway stations.After deriving the relationship between subway commute and urban residential rent,the paper finds that shared bicycle can expand the service area of subway lines and subway stations,thereby improving the residential rent,and extending the city border.Shared bicycle not only has changed the way of residents'commutes,but also plays a great role in solving the problem of"last kilometer"since its appearance,and it brings new changes to the urban traffic structure.Nowadays shared economy develops rapidly,this paper theoretically deduces the relationship among shared bicycle,subway and residential rent based on classical model,and provides theoretical basis and inspiration for further understanding of shared bicycle and subsequent related research.
